If a workplace environment is overwhelming or stressful, it directly impacts your team's productivity, creativity, and overall well-being, and work satisfaction.

Hi! I'm Maria...

I'm a Building and Interior Designer specialising in neuro-inclusivity. Beyond my professional expertise, I also have a chronic neurological condition called Vestibular Migraines, which made working in traditional office settings extremely challenging. The environmental stressors found in most workplaces, harsh lighting, excessive noise, poor air quality, and rigid structures, intensified my symptoms and severely impacted my quality of life.

Having personally experienced how an unsuitable workplace can affect health and career opportunities, I am passionate about helping businesses create inclusive, accessible, and health-conscious environments. My goal is to empower you with practical strategies and actionable steps to ensure your workplace supports every employee in performing at their best.

Join me in creating better environments for all...
