About the course
My Neuro-Inclusive Home Course is a practical, research-informed course designed to help you transform your home into a space that supports neurological wellbeing for yourself, your family, or anyone you live with. Whether you or someone in your household has a neurological condition such as ADHD, autism, chronic migraines, or similar, this course will show you how thoughtful design can reduce environmental triggers and create a calmer, more supportive space. Developed by Maria, a Building and Interior Designer with over 20 years’ experience and personal experience living with a neurological condition, this course combines professional insight with lived understanding. You’ll learn how everyday elements like lighting, layout, noise, air quality, and materials can either overwhelm or support the nervous system. With step-by-step, room-by-room guidance, you’ll discover practical changes that make a big difference. Whether you’re a homeowner, renter, or planning future upgrades, this course empowers you to create a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported. By the end, you’ll have the knowledge and tools to create a healthier, more inclusive home without sacrificing style, comfort, or sustainability.
