MY STORY

Meet Maria

I am a Building and Interior Designer with more than 20 years of experience in the construction and design industry. My journey began after developing vestibular migraines during a home renovation and discovering how profoundly our built environment can impact health and wellbeing. This experience led me to further study Building Biology, Biophilic Design and Neuroarchitecture to better understand the connection between our spaces and our health.

Today, I help people create healthier, more sustainable and neuro inclusive spaces through education, resources and practical guidance, empowering them to make informed decisions about the homes, workplaces and communities they live in.
